We are looking for a talented and motivated Development Merchandiser to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Understand customer requirements and coordinate sample development.
🔹 Manage sample follow-ups and ensure timely completion.
🔹 Coordinate raw material requirements and supplier activities.
🔹 Monitor T&A plans, PO quantities, and delivery schedules.
🔹 Work closely with development and bulk production teams.
🔹 Identify potential risks and ensure timely corrective actions.
🔹 Coordinate outsourcing activities, including washing, printing, and embroidery.
Qualifications & Experience:
✅ Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
✅ 2–4 years of experience in a similar role.
✅ Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
✅ Good computer literacy.
✅ Experience handling UK/European customers will be an added advantage.
