✨ WHAT YOU’LL DO
🔹 Process invoices and manage payment transactions
🔹 Handle bank payments, electronic fund transfers, and cheque payments
🔹 Reconcile accounts payable and resolve discrepancies
🔹 Monitor vendor accounts and prepare payment schedules
🔹 Manage petty cash and maintain accurate financial records
🔹 Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
🎯 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
✅ Degree or Diploma in Finance / Accounting
✅ 1–2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting
✅ Good knowledge of MS Office applications
✅ Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision
