📍 Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka💼 Employment Type: Full-time | On-site
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily HR operations and ensure compliance with Sri Lankan labor laws. Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee exits. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Support payroll, leave management, and statutory compliance. Assist with employee relations and implement HR policies.
Requirements: Professional qualification in Human Resources. Previous experience in an HR-related role.
Good knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws. Excellent communication and organizational skills. High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
