About the role
We are hiring Business Development Officers
and Sales Executives across Sri Lanka —
and the earning potential is real.
Rs. 90,000 to Rs. 200,000 per month.
Based entirely on your performance.
Role: Business Development Officer / Sales Executive
Location: Across Sri Lanka —
Reports to: Branch Manager
What you will do:
→ Identify and engage potential investors and partners
→ Present Golden Agro Ventures programmes to clients
→ Build a strong personal client and referral network
→ Meet and exceed monthly acquisition targets
→ Represent GAV professionally in the field
What we are looking for:
→ Strong communication in Sinhala and/or Tamil
→ Self-motivated and genuinely target-driven
→ Ability to build trust and long-term relationships
→ Comfortable working independently in the field
→ No prior experience required —
we train the right attitude
This role suits someone who wants to earn
