Operations Manager – Colombo
We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join the Asiri Health team in Colombo.
In this role, you’ll oversee the hospital’s day-to-day operations, coordinate with clinical and support departments, optimise operational efficiency, and ensure an exceptional patient experience. You’ll also monitor performance, drive service quality improvements, ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, and lead operational improvement initiatives.
